We want you to love your nails and feel confident in the results. If you experience any issues due to technical problems such as lifting, chipping, or smudging within 5 days, we offer a free fix or touch-up.
🔵 What’s Covered (Free Fix Within 5–7 Days):
– Gel polish chipping or lifting (within 7 days)
– Broken nail enhancements (Acrylic, Gel-X, Hard Gel)
– Minor nail design touch-ups (reasonable requests)
❌ What’s Not Covered:
– Damage from accidents, misuse, or personal activities (e.g., nail biting, gym injuries)
– Full redesigns or complete color changes
– Chipping of regular nail polish (not guaranteed)
📅 To Qualify:
Please contact us within 7 days of your nail appointment with a photo or visit in person. We’ll gladly do our best to make it right.
